Description

A comforting meatloaf made with ground turkey and herb-seasoned stuffing, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 cup sautéed vegetables (onions, celery, and carrots)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup turkey gravy
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, herb-seasoned stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, egg, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the turkey gravy over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a moist meatloaf, cover with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes of baking.
