A comforting meatloaf made with ground turkey and herb-seasoned stuffing, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 cup sautéed vegetables (onions, celery, and carrots)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup turkey gravy
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, herb-seasoned stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, egg, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Pour the turkey gravy over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a moist meatloaf, cover with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes of baking.
