A quick and easy recipe for delicious homemade quesadillas filled with beef, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Cooked beef
- 1/2 cup Bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup Onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place a flour tortilla in the skillet.
- Add cooked beef, sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until the bottom is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.

Experiment with different kinds of cheese and fillings to customize your quesadilla.
