Description

A quick and easy recipe for delicious homemade quesadillas filled with beef, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Cooked beef
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place a flour tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Add cooked beef, sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook until the bottom is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
