Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Filling of your choice (ground meat, shrimp, vegetables, etc.)
  • Soy sauce for serving


Instructions

  1. Combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one into a thin circle.
  4. Place a small amount of your chosen filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Cook by steaming, boiling, or pan-frying. For steaming, place in a steamer and cook for about 15 minutes. For boiling, cook in boiling water until they float. For pan-frying, cook in a hot pan with a bit of oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve with soy sauce.

Notes
