Description

A nutritious and delicious high protein bake featuring mixed berries and full-fat cottage cheese. Perfect for breakfast or a healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Full-Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup (or sugar-free alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and creamy.
