Description

A warm and comforting high protein tomato soup enriched with cottage cheese for a creamy texture and protein boost.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
