Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
