Description

A quick and delicious stir-fry featuring lean ground beef with zucchini and bell pepper, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice (optional, for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
