Description

A nourishing and flavorful bowl made with lean ground turkey, black beans, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the lean ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another minute.
  3. Add black beans and corn to the skillet, cooking until heated through.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the fresh vegetables: dice the bell pepper, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the avocado.
