Ingredients
- 2 cups corn (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, Greek yogurt, red onion, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add chili powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until well combined.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
