Description

A refreshing street corn salad dressed with creamy Greek yogurt, bursting with sweet corn, zesty lime, and fresh cilantro.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime (juiced)
