- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine protein powder, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt until everything is well combined.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add a little water or more almond butter until it holds together nicely.
- Form the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set fully.
