Description

Quick and nutritious protein bites that are perfect for busy schedules, providing a delightful energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine protein powder, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt until everything is well combined.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, add a little water or more almond butter until it holds together nicely.
  4. Form the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set fully.
  6. Enjoy these bites anytime you need a quick protein boost!

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding cinnamon or cocoa powder. Store in an airtight container in the fridge to maintain freshness.
