- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

- 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, poppy seeds, protein powder (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is combined.
