Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast (1 inch thickness)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 lbs red potatoes (cut into halves)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with cooking oil for easy cleanup.
- In a medium bowl, combine red potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes over one-third of the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on your preferred browning level.
- While the potatoes roast, mix chicken breast ingredients in the same bowl, ensuring each piece gets well coated.
- After the potato bake time, add the chicken to the baking sheet and return it to the oven.
- Toss the green beans in the same bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, and seasonings. Add them to the pan after the chicken.
- Continue baking for around 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once cooked, remove the dish from the oven and cool slightly before serving.
Notes
