Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, apple cider, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Form the mixture into meatballs of your desired size and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the meatballs lightly with olive oil to enhance browning and flavor.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
