Description
A delicious and nutritious banana bread made with oat flour and coconut sugar, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 3 spotty bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Few shakes of cinnamon
- Chocolate chips (to mix into the batter and for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
- Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix well until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the loaf pan.
- Top with extra chocolate chips for an appealing finish.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool, slice, and enjoy!

For added texture and flavor, consider mixing in nuts like walnuts or pecans. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
