Description

A delicious and nutritious banana bread made with oat flour and coconut sugar, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 spotty bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Few shakes of cinnamon
  • Chocolate chips (to mix into the batter and for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
  3. Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix well until combined.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the loaf pan.
  5. Top with extra chocolate chips for an appealing finish.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
