Description

Delightful mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls and a savory garlic-herb butter spread.


Ingredients

  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 8 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each roll individually and then slice each roll into thirds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, oregano, garlic powder, and parsley.
  4. Generously spread the garlic herb butter on each slice of roll.
  5. Arrange the buttered rolls on a baking sheet and add cheese slices between each piece.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
