Delightful mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls and a savory garlic-herb butter spread.
Ingredients
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
- 8 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut each roll individually and then slice each roll into thirds.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, oregano, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Generously spread the garlic herb butter on each slice of roll.
- Arrange the buttered rolls on a baking sheet and add cheese slices between each piece.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, experiment with different cheese types like pepper jack or Swiss. Pair with tomato soup for dipping!
