Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Maple syrup (for serving)
- Powdered sugar (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the rolls, making sure they’re well soaked.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
