- 12 Hawaiian rolls, cubed
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cubed Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes, ensuring all are coated.
- Allow it to sit for at least 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate overnight for a softer texture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
