A quick and healthy dish featuring ground turkey and vibrant bell peppers, perfect for tacos, rice bowls, or lettuce wraps.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Add the diced onion and bell peppers, and sauté until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the ground turkey. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
- Stir in the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, mixing well with the turkey and vegetables.
- Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a taco filling.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider adding sliced jalapeños during the cooking process. Leftovers can be used in breakfast burritos or grain bowls.
