Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and cook for 2 minutes, then add the minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the tomato paste, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring to coat evenly.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired.
