  • – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) chili powder
  • – 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • – 2 15-ounce (425 g) cans diced tomatoes
  • – 1 15-ounce (425 g) can corn, drained
  • – 1 15-ounce (425 g) can chickpeas, drained
  • – shredded cheese, garnish, optional

  • – chopped cilantro, garnish, optional


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large pot, removing excess fat if necessary.
