Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, mixing until combined.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
