- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until soft.
- Mix in ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice hoagie rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
