Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders (900 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 stick beef fat
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup vegetarian Parmesan, grated (50 g)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) hot sauce
- 2 tsp (10 ml) red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup parsley, minced (80 ml)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp (5 ml) dill
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) onion powder
- 5 tbsp (23 ml) ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp (5 ml) dill
- 2 tsp (10 ml) paprika
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) pepper
Instructions
- Coat the chicken with olive oil and the chicken seasonings.
- Prepare the sauce by melting the beef fat, then incorporate garlic, vegetarian Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder. Let it simmer.
- Heat the grill to a medium-high setting. Place the chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Cook on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning them now and then, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- In the final moments of grilling, apply the garlic Parmesan butter sauce to the chicken. Serve with additional sauce on the side. Enjoy!
