Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (900 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 stick beef fat
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vegetarian Parmesan, grated (50 g)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) hot sauce
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup parsley, minced (80 ml)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dill
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) onion powder
  • 5 tbsp (23 ml) ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dill
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) paprika
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) pepper


Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken with olive oil and the chicken seasonings.
  2. Prepare the sauce by melting the beef fat, then incorporate garlic, vegetarian Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder. Let it simmer.
  3. Heat the grill to a medium-high setting. Place the chicken pieces onto skewers.
  4. Cook on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning them now and then, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. In the final moments of grilling, apply the garlic Parmesan butter sauce to the chicken. Serve with additional sauce on the side. Enjoy!
