- 1 packet (28 g) taco seasoning mix
- 1 jar (454 g) green salsa
- 2 cups (480 ml) beef broth, or more if needed
Instructions
- Position the beef chuck roast at the base of a slow cooker that has a secure lid.
- Dust the beef with the taco seasoning mix.
- Drizzle the green salsa on top, then add the beef broth.
- Set the slow cooker to Low and let it cook for 4 hours.
- Add additional broth if necessary.
- Take the beef out of the slow cooker and pull it apart using two forks.
- Place the shredded beef back into the slow cooker and combine with the liquid.
- Serve while hot.
