Description

Delicious Greek turkey meatballs infused with lemon, feta, and fresh herbs, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and turn golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with tzatziki sauce or over rice.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Consider adding red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.
