Description

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch thick discs.
  3. Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
