Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch-thick steaks.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and garlic powder evenly over each piece.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the steaks. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
- Finish with chopped fresh parsley for color and freshness. Serve warm and enjoy!
