Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, onion, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top for flavor.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

For extra moisture, consider adding grated vegetables like zucchini or carrots. Sautéing the chopped onion before adding it can enhance the flavor.
