Description

A stunning dessert featuring light pomegranate mousse topped with a glossy glaze, perfect for impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream (whipped for texture)
  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 3 oz white chocolate (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in warm pomegranate juice and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan and stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
  4. Add the vanilla extract to the white chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Combine the melted white chocolate mixture with the whipped cream, and gently fold in the gelatin mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the mousse mixture into dome molds and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until set.

Notes

Serve on a white plate for a striking presentation surrounded by edible flowers or mint leaves.
