Ingredients
- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the carrots, melted butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the carrots until they are well coated in the glaze.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and lightly caramelized, stirring occasionally.
