Description

Deliciously crispy garlic Parmesan sweet potato wedges that make the perfect snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
