Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while the wedges are still hot.
- Serve immediately as a snack or side dish.
