Description
A simple yet flavorful roasted cauliflower dish enhanced with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoons paprika
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 to 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450ºF.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the coated florets in a single layer on a preheated baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once midway through.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and Parmesan cheese over the florets and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once finished, spritz lemon juice over the cauliflower and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Ensure florets are cut uniformly for even cooking. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
