Description

A simple yet flavorful roasted cauliflower dish enhanced with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the coated florets in a single layer on a preheated baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once midway through.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic and Parmesan cheese over the florets and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Once finished, spritz lemon juice over the cauliflower and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure florets are cut uniformly for even cooking. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
