Description

Delicious and comforting Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs filled with ground beef, cheddar cheese, and wrapped in buttery biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drain excess grease and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  5. Flatten a piece of biscuit dough and place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center.
  6. Seal the dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  8. Brush with melted butter for a golden finish.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy bombs, brush the tops with melted butter before baking. You can also freeze assembled bombs for better texture.
