Delicious and comforting Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs filled with ground beef, cheddar cheese, and wrapped in buttery biscuit dough.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Drain excess grease and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Flatten a piece of biscuit dough and place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center.
- Seal the dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Brush with melted butter for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy bombs, brush the tops with melted butter before baking. You can also freeze assembled bombs for better texture.
