Description

Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, filled with savory ground beef, cheddar, and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the biscuit dough package.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, fold, and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake according to the biscuit dough package instructions or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For a golden finish, brush the tops with melted butter before adding parmesan cheese.
