Description
Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, filled with savory ground beef, cheddar, and parmesan.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the biscuit dough package.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, fold, and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake according to the biscuit dough package instructions or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For a golden finish, brush the tops with melted butter before adding parmesan cheese.
