Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them for at least 30 minutes.
- Wash and cut the zucchinis into thick slices or half-moons.
- Melt the unsalted butter over low heat in a small saucepan, then add the minced garlic.
- Stir and let the garlic infuse in the melted butter for about 3 minutes.
- Season the zucchini pieces with salt and pepper.
- Thread the zucchini onto the soaked skewers.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over each skewer.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and place the skewers on it.
- Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the zucchini is tender and lightly charred.
