Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Thread zucchini slices onto skewers, leaving slight spacing between each piece.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the zucchini is tender and charred.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding citrus zest or crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
