Ingredients
- Juicy seared steak
- 8 ounces linguine
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the seared steak to the skillet and cook until heated through.
- Stir in cooked linguine and add Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
Use room temperature steak for better searing. Adjust red pepper flakes based on heat preference.
