Delicious and tender steak bites coated in rich garlic butter, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter, let melt, then stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Allow steak to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the skillet during searing.
