Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp (28g) butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- Parmesan cheese (for the sauce)
- Heavy cream (for the sauce)
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and add the steak bites.
- Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until it thickens slightly.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet to combine with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
