Description

Delicious Garlic Butter Steak Bites served with a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for a comforting family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp (28g) butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Parmesan cheese (for the sauce)
  • Heavy cream (for the sauce)
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and add the steak bites.
  3. Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until it thickens slightly.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet to combine with the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
