- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (15 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh thyme leaves (1 gram)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh rosemary leaves, chopped (1 gram)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the beef chops generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef chops to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on the first side.
- Flip the beef chops and sear the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
