  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh thyme leaves (1 gram)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh rosemary leaves, chopped (1 gram)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the beef chops generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef chops to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on the first side.
  4. Flip the beef chops and sear the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
