Colorful and fresh fruit spring rolls perfect for kids and parties, providing a healthy alternative to traditional desserts.
Ingredients
- 15 rice paper wrappers
- 5 cups of fruits cut into matchsticks (your choice)
- 5 strawberries cut into slices (or another fruit)
- 1/3 cup hot water
Instructions
- Slice the strawberries or fruit of choice to display through the wrapper.
- Cut the remaining fruit into 6-inch matchsticks.
- Pour hot water into a plate, being careful not to splash.
- Carefully place one rice paper wrapper into the hot water for 10 seconds. Ensure the entire wrapper fully wets.
- Place the wet wrapper on a clean plate or cutting board.
- In the middle of the wrapper, add several slices of the fruit.
- Layer matchstick fruit on top of the sliced fruit. Add as much or as little as you like; more ingredients will create a thicker roll.
- Fold one corner of the rice paper over the fruit. Tuck in the sides and continue rolling.
- Serve and enjoy!

Encourage creativity with the fruit fillings and consider adding a yogurt-based dipping sauce or honey dip.
