Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and buttermilk.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Fold in the diced strawberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and fresh strawberry juice until smooth and drizzle over the cooled loaf.
