Savory French Dip Biscuits filled with tender roast beef, melted provolone, and creamy horseradish sauce, perfect for game day gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
- 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 2 Tbsp creamy horseradish sauce (adjust to taste)
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus Gravy mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Carefully separate each biscuit into two thinner layers. Spread each layer with horseradish sauce, ensuring a nice even coating.
- For assembly, place a slice of provolone cheese and a portion of roast beef on half of the biscuit layers. Then, top with the remaining biscuit layers, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
- Arrange the assembled biscuits on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until they puff up and turn golden brown.
- While the biscuits bake, prepare the Au Jus Gravy according to package instructions.
- Once the biscuits come out of the oven, brush them with melted butter for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately alongside warm Au Jus for dipping.
