Description

Savory French Dip Biscuits filled with tender roast beef, melted provolone, and creamy horseradish sauce, perfect for game day gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 2 Tbsp creamy horseradish sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus Gravy mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully separate each biscuit into two thinner layers. Spread each layer with horseradish sauce, ensuring a nice even coating.
  3. For assembly, place a slice of provolone cheese and a portion of roast beef on half of the biscuit layers. Then, top with the remaining biscuit layers, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  4. Arrange the assembled biscuits on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until they puff up and turn golden brown.
  5. While the biscuits bake, prepare the Au Jus Gravy according to package instructions.
  6. Once the biscuits come out of the oven, brush them with melted butter for extra flavor.
  7. Serve immediately alongside warm Au Jus for dipping.

Notes

Consider using high-quality deli roast beef and adjusting horseradish sauce to taste. Serve with crispy potato wedges or light salad.
