- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup room temperature water

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add the sourdough starter and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let it rise overnight at room temperature.
- The next day, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise again for about 1 to 2 hours until it doubles in size.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
