Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add the sourdough starter and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let it rise overnight at room temperature.
  4. The next day, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Let it rise again for about 1 to 2 hours until it doubles in size.
