A creamy and crunchy egg salad, perfect for a quick lunch or picnic.
Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, celery, dill, and chives.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the egg mixture and combine until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve on bread, in a wrap, or on a bed of lettuce.
