Description

A creamy and crunchy egg salad, perfect for a quick lunch or picnic.


Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, celery, dill, and chives.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
