Description

A cozy dish combining turkey breast and savory stuffing, wrapped and smothered in creamy gravy, perfect for holiday leftovers or a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb herb oven-roasted turkey breast
  • 1 pkg stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1½ cups turkey gravy
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Dried parsley flakes (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing according to package directions and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Spoon approx. ¼ cup of stuffing onto each turkey slice and roll tightly, placing seams side down in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the gravy mixture over the rolls and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  6. Tightly cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and check if the dish is hot and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm, drizzling additional gravy over the rolls if desired.
