Ingredients
- 1 lb herb oven-roasted turkey breast
- 1 pkg stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1½ cups turkey gravy
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Dried parsley flakes (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the stuffing according to package directions and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spoon approx. ¼ cup of stuffing onto each turkey slice and roll tightly, placing seams side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the rolls and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
- Tightly cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and check if the dish is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm, drizzling additional gravy over the rolls if desired.
Notes
Customize each roll with different ingredients like cheese or sautéed veggies. Let the dish rest a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
