Description

A simple and flavorful recipe for turkey meatballs without breadcrumbs, featuring ground turkey, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. If baking, place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. If pan-frying, cook meatballs for about 6-8 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite sauce or side dish.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for uniform meatball sizes and be careful not to overmix to maintain a tender texture.
