Description
Delicious and easy turkey meatballs made without breadcrumbs, packed with flavor from fresh herbs and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add meatballs to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce or as part of a meal.
Notes
For added flavor, experiment with seasonings such as crushed red pepper flakes or different herbs. Ensure meatballs are uniform in size for even cooking.
