Description

Delicious and easy turkey meatballs made without breadcrumbs, packed with flavor from fresh herbs and parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add meatballs to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with a dipping sauce or as part of a meal.

Notes

For added flavor, experiment with seasonings such as crushed red pepper flakes or different herbs. Ensure meatballs are uniform in size for even cooking.
