Description

A delightful family favorite that combines the fun of pizza with the zesty essence of tacos, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 6.5 oz. pkg pizza dough mix
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 pkt. taco seasoning
  • 2 c. shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 3 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • Taco sauce or salsa
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Mix the dough with the required water until combined. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the hamburger in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a meat chopper. Once browned, stir in the taco seasoning until well mixed.
  4. Spread the prepared dough over a well-greased pizza pan, ensuring uniform coverage.
  5. Layer the refried beans over the dough, followed by the taco meat and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until the crust is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and your choice of taco sauce or salsa, finishing with a dollop of sour cream.

Notes

Allow the dough to rest for best texture and customize toppings to your liking.
