Description

A comforting and easy Swedish meatballs recipe made in a crockpot, delivering rich flavors with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 14.5 oz beef broth
  • 2 tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 28 oz frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag egg noodles (prepared according to package directions)
  • 1 tsp parsley (optional garnish)


Instructions

  1. Whisk together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, A1 Steak Sauce, and onion soup mix in the crockpot.
  2. Add frozen meatballs and stir until well-coated with the sauce.
  3. Cover and let simmer on low for about 180-240 minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream at the end of cooking.
  5. Garnish with fresh or dried parsley, if desired. Serve over prepared egg noodles.

Notes

You can adjust the A1 Steak Sauce to your taste preference. Stir the meatballs after adding sour cream for even coverage.
